You want to improve performance, but you're not sure where to start
or
You know where to start, but you want to know if you're making progress
How do you know?
A number of assessment tools are available that can help you identify the best ways to improve results. Some of HUMANEERING®'s assessment tools have a clearly demonstrated relationship with financial success. Others consistently result in improvement in the performance of individuals and teams. This makes us confident that use of these tools will help you identify opportunities that can return your investment of money and time many-fold.
These tools assess the current level of the critical factors required for success in four areas: a) the organization; b) the employee group as a whole; c) individual employees at all levels; and d) team effectiveness. Many of the assessments can be completed quickly and easily on line.

As a baseline
You're planning a set of initiatives. You think they'll have a specific impact on your company's financials, but you don't want to wait a year of two or three to see what happens. You want to track progress so you can make needed changes along the way or make sure you don't drop an initiative that's on its way to delivering results. Either way, you avoid wasting time and money.
To discover where you'll get your best return on "people investment"
Your organization just needs a little tweaking. Or maybe it needs a lot of change in its culture. Where should you start to get the best return on your investment of time and money? A "full physical" consists of the Organization Success Factors and Employee Group Engagement Assessments. Once the data is in, you'll know whether there's a need for additional assessment of individuals or teams.
Or, you may already know where "it hurts." Key leaders, teams or functions may be delivering less than you need, to make the progress you want. In this case, you might choose individual, team or group assessment of capabilities and contribution, followed by development planning and perhaps coaching.
Of course, your best bet is to use the same tools to discover where you'll get your best return and then to track your progress toward your goals.
When the tools are used this way, the assessment process has five steps:
1.Decide which tool(s) are best for your situation
2.Complete the assessment process
3.Plan a path forward based on assessment results
4.Implement the plan
5.Track progress
HUMANEERING can help you with any of these steps.
1.Decide which tool(s) are best for your situation. We have the right selection of assessment tools, focused on financial results.
2.Complete the assessment process. Most of our tools are available for inter- or intranet use, making the assessment process itself quick and easy. No muss, no fuss
3.Plan a path forward based on assessment results. Our experience-based and results-focused knowledge of what actions are necessary to lay the foundation for other activities to be productive helps you identify the critical few follow up plans to make. It's important to avoid overwhelming your organization with follow-up plans no one will really have time to follow.
4.Implement the plan. A little periodic coaching goes a long way to ensure implementation success. This is one of HUMANEERING's specialities -- coaching and supporting you in following through with your plans.
5.Track progress. Again, no muss, no fuss. Using the same tools to track progress that you used at the beginning of the process makes it easy to see where you're getting results and what still needs work.
